We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to other nonaffiliated third parties as permitted or required by law.  Examples of persons/entities to whom your nonpublic information may be provided as permitted by law:

·         To account verification services in the event we choose to close your account with us

Vibra Bank’s Privacy Disclosure applies to customers’ confidential and private information with regard to both traditional and Internet Banking activities.  This policy also applies in its entirety to transactions at its website.

 

Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policies from time to time.  When required, we will provide you notice of any change.

 

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the Privacy Policies and practices described in this notice.
